Feng Shui House Hunt - House #3

This house ticked so may boxes.

It had a pretty façade, larger block of land, the right number of bedrooms, plenty of living spaces and just the right amount of DIY for us to manage.

Can you hear the but? It is a very big BUT!

Walking in, we were both happy to see its great layout and potential... but as we walked towards one end of the house, there was an overpowering smell of mould.

Deal off - immediately.

The effects of mould are invisible but can be so very devastating to the health of anyone living in an infested property.

The health effects from exposure can range from asthmas and cold and flu like symptoms through to bronchitis and pneumonia. Add skin problems like eczema to the mix an you can become quite ill from breathing in this fungal pest.

Did you know that mould can also attract termites to your home?

The smell in this house was so strong that the mould infections would have been quite extensive, and I am not prepared to take a gamble and not be able to completely clear the toxins and, therefore, put mu family's health at risk.

Next!

Blessings to you all xx
